I take inspiration from every facet of existence, from sad or shameful moments to challenging or proud moments. In a similar way, I have no one idol, but I look up to many around me. It does not matter what their age, gender or race are - what matters to me are their values, thoughts and actions through which these are upheld. In simple words, a good leader has to have a heart that's bigger than his or her ego. Experience, skills, and intelligence can be developed over time, but if a leader does not feel for the people then there is not a single reason for him or her to be in the position to start with. My inspiration has always been the wonderful young ladies and gentlemen I see on TIG who are making our world a better place. I believe that we can have a better world if this crop of youth activists continue to think about the world the way they are doing now. My wish to see poverty be a thing of the past has gingered me to add my voice, ideas and also strength to the fight.
